Zappanale 02 - 1991
On July 27th, 1991 it was that time again. ZAPPANALE # 2 started in Stralsund, Bielkenhagen.
In order to keep financial risks as low as possible, the canteen was chosen as a location that was not too big, not too small, just the right size for a slightly better party.
All expectations for a ticket request were exceeded by far. Even with the greatest optimism, we had not expected so many guests. Our advertising was zero and only by word of mouth so many Zappa fans came to this party, which only encouraged us in our plan.
For the musical part this time there was an English Zappa cover band called "MUFFIN MEN", which was still relatively unknown at the time, and the band "ACE 9", which had already proven itself the year before.
The room almost boiled over. Here, too, the ARF-SOCIETY was named as the organizer, although we were not yet in the form of an association that we have attained today.
