thanks a lot for your feedback - either via phone or email. We are on our way to evaluate your wishes and proposals and try to integrate them into next Zappanale.
Your response and our insights are close together. That's why we can already reveal that much: Zappanale #24 (August 1 - 4, 2013) will start Thursday on Kamp in Bad Doberan with a WarmUp-Party. It will continue from Friday to Sunday at the racecourt with a program which will focus on the opus of Zappa and zappaesque music. Of course there will be one or another band, too, which won't fit totally into this direction but we are sure you will like them anyway. We promise an exciting mix of alumni, cover bands and music which is far away from mainstream. But first of all we wish that you will have a good time at Zappanale.
That's why we are going back to some dearly missed standards like the big tent opposite the MainStage as shelter against sun and rain. We like to thank all the sponsors who make this possible. Some other changes are already in discussion and we are looking forward to seeing if it's practicable to realize them.
