My thanks go to all the artists, many hard-working hands on and off stage, and all those who make quietly work in the background to ensure that everything runs smoothly and not noticed by the public.

Very special thanks also to our wonderful audience that remains loyal and this year again absolutely peacefully celebrated as a great family.

Suggestions and criticism are welcome, just so we can improve what is improving.

The next Zappanale is planned for 17-19 August 2012. A final confirmation by the end of September.

It's been a great performance on Saturday night at 22nd Zappanale in Bad Doberan. But neither the audience nor the organizer suspected that it would be a historic concert of legendary jazz rock band Colosseum: Jon Hiseman, founder of the band, announced the end of Colosseum to Jörg Wulf (Arf-Society) and Jens Theo Müller (Radio der von Neil Young Getöteten): "It seems that the band has reached its end here. Barbara (Thompson) has Parkinson Desease and it's hard for her to play, and I can't go on tour and leave her at home alone."
